ABOUT JAIBG TRAININGS REGISTRATION
There is no registration fee
to attend any of the trainings. Lodging, meals, and staff time associated with
attendance (3 days), and transportation costs (air travel, parking, and mileage)
are solely the responsibility of individual attendees or their agencies. To
register, please complete the registration form, check the training you would
like to attend. Fax the registration form to (301) 951-3324 or register online
by clicking the name of the training in the table below. Space is limited,
in most instances, to 100 participants. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served
basis. If 100 registrations are exceeded, your name will be kept on a waiting
list. Should space become available at a later date, we will notify you. JAIBG
Policy Regarding Full Attendance: It is the policy of the JAIBG Topical Training
Program that all participants remain in attendance at all training events until
closure. OJJDP expends significant effort to provide the best facilities and trainers
for all of its training programs. Participants are expected to attend all sessions
of each training. Except in an emergency, it is OJJDP's policy that any participant
leaving the training early will not receive a certificate of completion and may
be denied acceptance to future JAIBG training events.
CONFIRMATION
& CANCELLATION
You will receive written confirmation from DSG at least
2 weeks prior to the training. If you do not receive a confirmation notice, please
call Cindy Tabb or Tonya Brice at (877) GO-JAIBG (465-2424). After registering,
if you must cancel, please do so in writing by fax or e-mail to ctabb@dsgonline.com.
DISCOUNTED
AIRFARES
Discounted airfares have been negotiated with American and United
Airlines. American Airlines offers zone fares at reasonable rates with no Saturday-night
stay requirement and United Airlines offers a 5-10% reduction on airfares for

LODGING INFORMATION
Special
discounted sleeping room rates have been negotiated for conference participants
until the listed date (see the registration form for cut-off dates, rates and
contact information). After the cut-off, rooms will be offered on a space-available
basis only and is at the hotel's discretion. All reservations must be guaranteed
with a major credit card or a first night room deposit. Check-in time is 3:00
p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
