Using the Risk & Protective Factors
This part of the MPG is designed for communities that
have prioritized their risk factors, identified gaps in
protective factors and other developmental, demographic,
and programmatic gaps that may exist, and assessed their
community's resources. The database is designed to assist
communities in identifying delinquency prevention
strategies that will fit their needs, enhance their
individual efforts, and make a difference in their
communities. Communities participating in Title V training
should use this search tool to identify evidence-based
