Select Prevention Programs Using the Title V Risk and Protective Factor Model

The Model Programs database is designed to be used by communities participating in Title V training as a tool to identify evidence-based prevention programs. It should be used after a community has
prioritized its risk factors, identified its gaps in protective factors and other developmental, demographic, and programmatic gaps that may exist, assessed its community resources.

The database is designed to assist communities in identifying delinquency prevention strategies that will fit their needs, enhance their individual efforts, and make a difference in their communities. To identify programs, just follow the three easy steps.
